Here is an interesting exercise for you!
Close your eyes and visualise a bank. Now imagine that this bank credits your account each morning with Rs 86,400. It lets you use all these funds without any charge but there is one condition – you should use it all in the same day. This bank carries over no balance from day to day, does not allow you to keep any cash balance, and every evening cancels whatever part of the amount you had failed to use during the day.
What would you do? Draw out every single penny, right?
Well, everyone has such a bank. Its name is Time. Every morning, it credits your account with 86,400 seconds and allows you freedom to use them the way you wish. Every night it writes off the unused time, as lost. It carries over no balance. It allows no overdraft. Each day it opens a new account for you. Each night it burns the records of the day. If you fail to use the day’s deposits, the loss is yours.
Therefore, be careful with your time. It is a free gift given to you. How you use your time can change your life. Remember, it is never the case of us not having enough time to do things, but the case of whether we want to use every second given to us. So you choose!
